The Biggest Transition: Dining & Kitchen

The Dining Room & Kitchen receive the award for Biggest Transition. These two rooms have gone through the most, hands down. What a change!

Now it's time to replace the floors, double up the rafters and put in a new ceiling, hang our new light fixtures, cut the paneling (to have more of a wainscoting effect), remove the closet door and cover with the saved paneling, add trim and baseboards, build our pony wall and new door frame, paint the kitchen cabinets and add in a few more, cut a new door to the back bedroom, enclose the refrigerator in the existing door frame, and put up some sheetrock. 

You know, not too much. *gulp*
